Taraqqe does not log, store, sell, or utilize client prompt data, fine-tuning datasets, or production telemetry to train global models. All client IP remains 100% owned by the client organization under signed contract.
1. Scope of Agreement
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our official portal (taraqqe.com), executive consultation requests, and client portal engagements. For active software engineering contracts, the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) supersede general website policies.
2. Information Collection
We only collect information voluntarily provided by corporate representatives:
- Work email and corporate identity during inquiry or booking.
- Technical requirements submitted via mutual NDA request workflows.
- Standard web telemetry (IP address, browser type) for security logging.
3. Security Standards & Certifications
All Taraqqe operational environments strictly conform to SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliance frameworks. Client data processed in staging or production resides exclusively within single-tenant VPC boundaries specified in the project agreement.
